Getting the right fit is essential for comfort and performance. You have heard terms like ‘custom fit’ but what do they mean? Most manufacturers define custom fit as a shoe with a small amount of moldability in the upper. Some also have a very small degree of heat moldability in the base. When we say this shoe is heat moldable, we really mean it. You can mold the sub-9 in any home oven and the amount of moldability is outrageous. If a shoe doesn’t fit properly, you can’t train or race at your optimum.

The sub-9 has a two piece tongue that opens the shoe right up making it very easy for you to slip your foot in for a fast transition. Add to that, Bonts’ patent pending built in shoe horn lets you put your shoe on with just one finger. This shoe also has a shoe protector for the heel which protects the shoe during the transition. Not to mention the full carbon sole for unbelievable transfer of power with each pedal stroke.

Winter Spin Sessions at West Point Multisport

After a successful fall spin program, West Point Multisport will be starting a new 2012 winter session on January 3rd.. As there was a lot of demand for the week night sessions, we have decided to add another day during the week. We will now have spin at West Point Multisport Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday. Each session will be 90 minutes long and will be coached by professional athlete and certified coach, Andrew Powell. All levels of athletes or cycling enthusiasts are welcome.

We provide the use of a trainer for those that need them, or reduced rates if you bring your own. There is also an option to save 20% by signing up for a 12 session package for any one of the days. January 3rd and 4th will be drop-in only but if you sign up for the full package on, or before that night, that spin session will be free.

Sunday at 8:30am from Jan. 8th through Mar. 25th
Tuesday at 6:30 pm from Jan. 10th through Mar. 26th
Wednesday at 6:30 pm from Jan. 11th through Mar. 27th
