We want to make it easy for you to order the bikes and gear you need online so you can hit the road or trails. Choose free in-store pickup at your preferred West Point Cycles location, or our local delivery option. We'll let you know when it's available for you to pickup in store, or ready for delivery.
We offer local delivery to select areas in the GVA, with a $15 delivery charge. Local delivery of new bikes ordered are now offered on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders for gear, parts, and accessories will be available for delivery Tuesday-Friday. If your order is over $200 and you choose our local delivery option we ask that you be available on the day of delivery, and that you have the credit card used for the purchase as well as a valid government issued photo ID for our driver to check. When your order is ready to be delivered we will reach out to arrange a delivery day.
Free In-Store Pickup
Take advantage of free in-store pickup at your preferred West Point Cycles location. You will receive an update email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. Please check your selected store hours before coming to pickup your order. Bring your order is ready for pickup email (digital or printout), the credit card used for the purchase, and a valid government issued photo ID.

Choose In-Store Pickup at CHECKOUT for free pickup at your preferred West Point Cycles store. Or, choose our Local Delivery option with a $15 delivery charge.
You will receive an order confirmation email, and we will begin processing your order. You will receive an update as soon as your order is READY to be picked up in store, or for delivery. If you choose our Local Delivery option we will reach out to arrange a delivery day.
Please check your selected store hours before coming to PICKUP your order. Or, plan to be available on the arranged DELIVERY day. Bring your credit card used for purchase, and a valid government issued photo ID with you for pickup of your order.
We work hard to display accurate pricing online and in-store, but reserve the right to cancel orders for items that may be priced incorrectly. There is a delay to our inventory updates and also for our suppliers' inventory levels, we will strive to fulfil all orders but reserve the right to cancel orders where demand exceeds availability. Orders will be processed in our queue of orders received.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order be ready for pickup?
We will do our best to process orders in a timely manner. We are working through a high volume of orders at this time. Orders for bikes in stock may take approximately 1-2 weeks to be readied. We will send an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
What if the product isn't in stock?
Items that are At Warehouse - Available For Special Order require additional time to arrive to West Point Cycles, and may require additional time for assembly or transfer to selected pickup store. We will send an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Can someone else pick up my order?
No, we ask to confirm proof of cardholder purchase at pickup/delivery of orders. A valid Government issued photo ID and the credit card used for purchase are to be displayed for confirmation at pickup/delivery.
Where do I go to pick up my order?
Join our ready for pickup queue, and let the associate who greets you know that you are there to pick up your online order. We may bring the item outside to you, or we may invite you in store to finalize your order if required.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.
