2015 Fall Spin Sessions at West Point Multisport

September 1st, 2015 by in West Point News, What's New

West Point Multisport will once again be offering its popular indoor spin classes this fall. Beginning the week of September 28th we’ll be running 6 spin classes every week over the course of a 12 week session ending mid December.

Participants will be lead through progressive and structured workouts each class. We provide use of Cycleops SuperMagneto Pro trainers included in the cost – all riders are required to bring their own bicycle. Class space is limited to 12 participants, so sign up quick while space is available.

West Point spin classes are unique as participants ride their OWN bikes with provided trainers, mats, and riser blocks. This helps cyclists perfect technique and build power on the same setup they use on the road. No having to adjust the bike at every workout, no having to share a bike with others, no using generic pedals or awkward seats!

The workouts are written by professional triathletes and cyclists and benefit all levels of riders. Although the atmosphere is fun and relaxed, make no mistake that the classes will make you sweat! Classes consist of a short warm up, main sets including resistance work, hill climbs and cadence exercises, and a short cool down. There simply is no better way to improve power and endurance over the fall and winter months.

Of course, participants efforts are accompanied by awesome playlists tailored to each class.

Below are the dates and instructors:

Monday PM – 6:30pm to 8pm – Instructor: Winston Gu

*We will up date the website once classes become guaranteed
